"A movement to live with wellness and human connection"

Blessings, I'm Angel

I am a therapeutic mentor, community organizer, and public speaker with a background in Psychology, Social Work and Philosophy dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and step into their purpose. Through my work, I have reached more than 300,000 people through speaking, pop-up events, and content, creating spaces where reflection, connection, and purpose come alive.

I have led wellness-centered community events, nature-based initiatives, and park revitalization efforts that bring people together around healing, restoration, and collective empowerment. I have also spoken at colleges and schools on self-identity, purpose, relationships, and abundance, inspiring young people to strengthen their boundaries, trust their voice, and build the mindset to thrive in life, leadership, and community.
